Summer wreath {and a long lost table!}

Time to take July 4th decorations down and replace the wreath on the front door with a summer wreath. Wreaths are things I have really come to enjoy making. So simple, and they can really have an impact. Also enjoy creating ones to place throughout the house.

For this wreath, I purchased a smaller 12" straw wreath, brown floral ribbon and some vibrant pink and orange flowers. That's it. I had the blue ribbon, and it seemed to add a little more punch.

I like the way this one turned out!

This weekend, mom and I also went to Locust Street Marketplace, where she was able to find a nice table lamp and next door, I was able to find the perfect side table for our TV room. I've been looking for one for awhile, so I was thrilled when I saw this. I think I will leave it as is for now, but may opt to paint/distress it after I've lived with it for awhile. We shall see.
