Date with Libby

Libby and I had a date last night. Chris took the older kids camping, and I opted to stay home. Not that I don't love camping, and it actually was the PERFECT night for it - not humid, not hot. But I decided to stay home to paint. You know, fun stuff.

In any case, Libby and I met my friend, Sara, downtown at one of my favorite restaurants in Lawrence, Ingredient. Libby enjoyed some people watching...never a dull moment when you are downtown Lawrence. Then we walked around some and enjoyed a fun night together.

WOW. One child = piece of cake.
This morning, we went to church - just the two of us - and again, piece of cake.

But we were both happy to see daddy, Abby, Keely & Connor when we got home!
She was thrilled to see daddy's truck in the garage as we pulled into the driveway!

Some of Libby's funny faces. :) This kid cracks me up!
